A strategy execution platform.

I grew up hearing of the magic of alambiques. In Colombia, they've been distilling aguardiente in copper vessels for two hundred years — a magic that turns daily ingredients into elixir. What struck me was that the alambique doesn't create the flavour. It reveals it. The essence is already in the sugarcane. The vessel just gives it a way to emerge.
Strategy execution should work the same way. Your strategy is already in you. Your team already knows what to build. You already have the insight. What you're missing is the vessel — the focused apparatus that separates what will ship from the noise of everything you could try.
So I built one. I called it Alambique.

This is not rocket science. It is years of seeing similar mistakes being made by most companies. The decades change. The mistakes do not. The only difference now is that we can fix them better and faster.
Rather than a services menu, we run an execution platform.
Every assessment achieves the same four deliverables, and they provide the starting point to get you moving again as your business requires. The Assessment is the door. The Initiative is the unit of work. The Strategic Momentum Program is the ongoing relationship. The platform is the artefact of thirty years of building, fixing, and shipping in stuck situations.
We are a solo operator practice today, scaling toward a four-person team. The shape is deliberate. A platform compounds; a body shop does not.
A failed $1M+ accounting build, inherited and made to ship. Then fifteen years at the centre of the technology that ran the company's worldwide operations.
A national tech-entrepreneurship programme scaled from five cities to seventeen and from seventy-five companies per cohort to over two hundred. Systems design under real resource constraints.
The Strategy Execution Platform as the public product. The Sydney engagement is the empirical anchor. Every engagement compounds the platform.
There is plenty of experience that predates Alambique. The full origin story sits in a first-person letter from Carlos. Read the letter →
Sydney, Australia. Working with operators globally. We meet in person where we can and on video where we cannot. The Assessment is a five-day engagement: in-person preferred for Days 1, 2, and 5; remote for Days 3 and 4.
We work with CEOs of $25 to $40M businesses, fewer than seventy-five employees, who are running into three pressures at once: a regulatory or compliance change, a platform or stack shift, and a faster competitor taking accounts. If two of three are true, the conversation is worth having. If one is true, we will tell you so on the call.
